Vale do Silêncio, in Lisbon, will once again host the inaugural concert of the Gulbenkian Music season. Under the direction of Cesário Costa, the Gulbenkian Choir and Orchestra will perform pieces from classics such as Carmen, Carmina Burana, Nabucco, West Side Story, Porgy and Bess or Madama Butterfly, as part of a programme dedicated to the choral and symphonic repertoire of opera and musicals.

The concert will be broadcast from 22:00 on RTP2 and on the Gulbenkian Foundation’s digital platforms.
