Meeting of the AMEBEATO association with Mayor Silvino Correia of Beato
President Silvino received AMEBEATO, which was represented by the President of the Board António Lobo and Vice President Pedro Ramalhete who were accompanied by Paula Gonçalves.
Over the two hours of meeting, in a frank and pleasant conversation, was presented a certain capacity of work and implementation of projects by AMEBEATO as well as some of the valences of the association.
The possibility of operationalizing issues was left open and the contributions were comfortably received by President Silvino.
It was also mentioned the importance of residents, entrepreneurs and the parish of Beato.
It was addressed the importance of identifying the resources of Beato – with or without open door – and its relevance to recognize what exists locally and connect to the parishioners for all to be in a beneficial position. That is: people being informed of what exists (near or not), which is always an asset.
Also, the magnitude of the relevance of mobility in the parish was addressed.
The Beato Creative HUB attracts attention and when it starts working, with the people that will start moving there, this same attraction of attention will become a great challenge for the Beato district.
Regarding AMEBEATO’s application jointly with the Lisbon Municipality, the support of President Silvino of Junta de Freguesia do Beato was obtained.
